Always have part of Maintenance Coordinator CMMS with you with the
Portable Computers module. With this module you can install
Maintenance Coordinator - Mobile Devices onto a compatable PDA device. Once
installed you'll be able to take your work orders, equipment database, mechanics
database and inventory records on the road with you. Download work orders for a
single mechanic, or for all of them. Included is scheduling information, task
and safety instructions, and the ability to record completion information. Once
you get back to the office synchronize your portable device databases with those
on the main computer, even write completed work orders to equipment history logs
automatically.
With our support for selected barcode reading devices, collecting Equipment
meter reading and performing Inventory counts will be greatly simplified. Plus
with the scanning abilities find work orders belonging to a single piece of
equipment very quickly, or locate equipment or inventory records with just a
barcode scan. Plus a lot more.
This module is sold seperately, but is included as part of
the Professional Edition.
