We had a choice to either
raise our prices or quit mailing out free Demo CDs. Since almost everyone has
higher internet speeds these days, we went with

Version 8 of both Maintenance Coordinator and PM Coordinator released.
Rewritten from the ground up, these
versions are based on Microsoft NET technology and are based on the version 8
released below. The primary difference is that this one uses the
Microsoft Access databases as deployed in the past. Many new
features installed throughout.

Version 7 of both Maintenance Coordinator and PM Coordinator released.
New work order completion wizard, new graphics themes, and other
enhancement are featured. Maintenance Coordinator also has a new dashboard
interface.

Maintenance Coordinator Version 6.2.0 released. This ensured
compatibility with the new Windows 8 OS. To better support the new Windows
Tablets we added data synchonization routines to allow databases to reside on
servers, and in the internet's cloud. Another added feature was the use of
multiple warehouses in the inventory module.

New Web Site. As we try to enhance our
appearance on the web and at the same time offer better support to our current
clients, we have completely built a new web-site. We now have

Version 6 of both Maintenance Coordinator and PM Coordinator Released. As we
continue to listen to our clients needs and requests we have released version 6
of both Maintenance and PM Coordinator. Some of the highlights include new
Office 2007 ribbon interface, new scheduling options, and a lot more.

New Barcode Scanning Support. It has been reported that Symbol Technologies
has discontinued the SPT series of Scanners, however Janam Technologies has
picked up where they left off. In fact the Janam XP series appears to have more
options than the Symbol brand. Janam offers different keyboard styles, Bluetooth

Version 5.1 of PM Coordinator and Version 5.2 of Maintenance Coordinator
Released. In our efforts to continually update and improve our offering we
have updated these two products. The major changes was the introduction of user
definable work orders types, plus other minor enhancements. This is a free
upgrade for all current version 5.x users

Version 5 of Both Maintenance Coordinator and PM Coordinator Released. We
did it again. We have released upgrades to both of these best sellers at the
same time. These two applications remain closely tried together, and the new and
enhanced features have greatly improved both programs. Some of the highlights
include new graphical themes, support for new database formats, links to
external documents and a lot more. September 7, 2007 Windows Vista Support. We
tested and made minor modifications to our applications to ensure Vista
compatibility (supports Windows 7 too!).

New Support Available. We now have the ability to give live product
demonstrations over the internet. This also comes in handy for on-line training
and product support. We can take over a user's computer to help with
trouble-shooting, and to show users how to do things.

This long overdue module has finally been
released. This module allows you to take part of Maintenance Coordinator with
you on the road. Download your work orders, inventory, mechanics and equipment
database to Palm Compatible devices, with additional support for Symbol Barcode

we had been advised by our accounting group that we should incorporate. We are
now known as 'Simplicity Software Technologies Inc."

Version 4 of Both Maintenance Coordinator and PM Coordinator Released. For
the first time we have released upgrades to both of these best sellers at the
same time. These two application are now more closely tied together than ever
before, and the new and enhanced features have greatly improved both programs.
Some of the highlights include new PDF file export options, added company
information and logo to work orders and PMs, new reports, improved scheduling,
improved purchasing routines and a lot more.

PM Coordinator, Version 3.0 Released. This little powerhouse just got more
powerful. Added to this release was an improved user interface, the ability to
schedule PM by meters (hours, miles, etc.), and the introduction of the PM Month
View scheduler. This scheduler allows you to view a month of work orders at
once, these tasks can then be rescheduled, the complete schedule can be printed,
and the schedule can be exported and used with Excel spreadsheets.

Maintenance Coordinator, Version 3.0 Released. In our continuing efforts to
bring you the best Maintenance Management software available, we have released
version 3 of Maintenance Coordinator. This outstanding software now supports
barcode labeling, user-defined fields, an enhanced maintenance scheduler,
automatic email of work orders and support for multiple properties. We have also
added additional modules. Now available is a Safety Management Module, Remote
Service Request Module (Work orders), and a Maintenance Services module for you
contractor types out there. Plus a lot more!

PM Coordinator, Version 2.0 Released. In our effects to keep PM Coordinator
as compatible as possible with our Maintenance Coordinator applications, we have
just released version 2.0 of this very popular software. Added was many of the
features released with version 2 of Maintenance Coordinator such as new report
and print preview screens, improved calendar, 250,000 + spell check, improved
Word compatible text editor and a lot more. The most noticeable change is the
Work Orders module is now the Maintenance Scheduler module, and a new Work Order
module was introduced. The new Work Orders module makes the input of standard
work orders greatly simplified.

Import – Export module added to the Maintenance Coordinator
applications. By popular request, we have created a module to import
information into our databases. With this module you can import other Microsoft
Access databases, Excel ’97 spreadsheets and Tab-delimited text files. Select
source files, select destination database, select source fields, point to
destination fields, and you’re ready to go.

Maintenance Coordinator, Version 2.0 Released. In our efforts to be a leader
in the Computerized Maintenance Management field, we have released version 2.0
of our Maintenance Coordinator series. The enhancements where numerous and
applied to both the Standard and Professional editions. Some of the highlights
included an all new, more consistent look. Improved export options, new security
features, cost tracking for work orders and planned maintenance, and a lot more.
The Maintenance Coordinator system can now also be customized to better-fit
individual needs.
